Overview
For this particular project my team and I were working with a well known Dublin Hotel, devising a strategy to market their larger event rooms for corporate events which they had not previously done. The project involved work to generate booking leads, increase brand awareness, move the venue into the consumer's consideration set, and provide recommendations to our client for future campaigns. 
We first performed a Digital Audit including analysis of website and social media presence with tools such as SEMRush, Google Keyword planner, SimilarWeb, Builtwith, and WooRank. Based on our analysis we developed an Implementation Strategy with a Social Media Marketing Plan and Website Optimisation Strategy. The SMM plan included an advertising campaign for Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram, and Twitter. For the website we introduced new enquiry forms for room availability, created funnels with Google Analytics to track activity and a database to allow the differentiation between corporate and non-corporate clients. 
The recommendations we provided following our audit and analysis were adopted by our client and still in use on their website today. The success of this project was due to a blend of strong communication between our team and our client, creativity in the campaign creation and a methodical approach to reaching the correct audience and introducing the right changes to achieve the required results.
