Overview
This project was a consulting project for Dept. of Public Expenditure and Reform, Irish Government on the current voting process we have in place in Ireland and how that might benefit from digitisation. This project involved a Digital Audit of the current process to vote, and developed a Digitisation strategy. We conducted research including surveys and interviews, comparisons to other countries and customer journey mapping. This particular project also included a 15 minute presentation of our findings and proposals to the Dept. which myself and another teammate split between us. I feel this project in particular demonstrated my communication skills, both with my teammates and when presenting.
